Refund, Withdrawal, Cancelation Policy

Information for students:

Students that are eligible for a full refund, less the administration fee of 10% (up to a max. of $100), will be refunded to the original form of payment where possible if the course* is dropped no later than 72 hours before the course start date.
A refund will not be issued if a student wishes to withdraw from a course after the start date of the course.
In some cases, the refund amount may be adjusted to include non-refundable costs incurred by the University of Lethbridge on behalf of the student.

*course(s) denotes any non-credit continuing education offerings through ULX (workshop, course, seminar, program, etc.)
